Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is one month from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Janzen Ventures GmbH, Zunftstraße 26, 77694 Kehl, Germany, Phone: 07854 / 9868925, Email: info@janzen-ventures.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

• for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered after 30 days, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the entrepreneur;

• for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
